Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £400-£450 p/d, Inside IR35
Duration: Up to 12 months
Sector: Clean Water, Non-Infrastructure

Are you a Site Agent with experience working on clean water sites?

My client is a contractor on the United Utilities Framework, looking to add a Site Agent to their team to help deliver maintenance and upgrade works attached to clean water sites.

The role is suitable for candidates from a civil engineering background with experience working on projects attached to a UK water authority (e.g. United Utilities).

This role is primarily site based, with sites based in Warrington, Chorley and Brighouse. Attendance to the central office in Chester is required for training purposes, however this is very rarely.

The successful Site Agent will work with Project Managers and construction teams, as well as the sub contractors, to ensure the successful delivery of non-infrastructure maintenance and upgrade works in the water sector.

Individual project values will typically range between £150,000 and £6.6m..

Responsibilities include:
- Production of necessary project documentation.
- Co-ordinating with clients and subcontractors.
- Co-ordinating site activities.

Successful candidates MUST have the following:

- Experience working on clean/potable water sites
- EUSR Water Hygiene Card (or equivalent)
- CSCS Black/Gold Card (or equivalent)
- SMSTS (5 day course)
- First Aid (3 day course)
- Full UK Driving License
- HNC/HND or degree

This can be a fast-paced ever-changing environment, so candidates need to be able to adapt to change and prioritise workloads accordingly.
