Job Description:
The company that provides high-quality Highways construction services to various sectors. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Agent to join our team. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.


Responsibilities:
·Oversee the construction project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed within the given timeframe and budget.
·Liaise with the client, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
·Manage and lead the on-site team, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities and work together cohesively.
·Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, taking responsibility for the safety of all workers.
·Manage quality control and ensure all work is completed to the required standard.
·Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
·Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during construction, seeking guidance and support where necessary.
·Keep accurate records of all site activities and report on progress to the project manager.


Requirements:
·Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
·In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
·Strong leadership and people management skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
·Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office, Project Management Software, and AutoCAD.
·A degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field.
