FREELANCE SITE AGENT - WATER / WASTEWATER (STW) - Loughborough
 
If you have experience within the water industry, along with strong knowledge of highways and underground utilities, this Site Agent role offers the opportunity to get involved at the start of AMP 8 projects.
 
If selected you will be supporting delivery on a sewage treatment scheme involving rising mains, highways and urban works. You must be confident owning H&S paperwork end-to-end - not just writing RAMS and moving on.
 
Role details:
Loughborough - 5 days on site
Start: February 2026 (early Feb involvement preferred)
Duration: 8 months + likely extensions
£400-£450 per day
Outside IR35
 
About you:
·You possess CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6)
·You possess SMSTS (5-day)
·You possess First Aid (3-day)
·You possess NRSWA Supervisor
·You are qualified in an Engineering background preferred (HNC/HND or equivalent)
·You are proven Site Agent with experience in water / wastewater
·You have strong knowledge of STW infrastructure, highways and utilities avoidance
·You have a proven track record considering health and safety protocols across projects.
