Are you a Site Agent with experience in Rail Civil Engineering?
 
My client is looking for a Site Agent to join their team delivering Network Rail projects and frameworks. They are looking for a candidate with experience either as a Site Agent or as a Sub Agent, with experience working on rail infrastructure. Experience in bridges, structures and groundworks is preferred.
 
Salary
- Up to £55,000 per annum dependent on experience
 
Location
- Wessex route, Southampton or Wimbledon office
- Hybrid working possible
 
Experience
- Site or Sub Agent experience
- Rail civil engineering experience
- PTS, CSCS, SMSTS
 
Responsibilities
·Health and safety leadership to the assigned operational delivery site team
·Delivering a high quality and profitable package of work
·Achieving gross site margin target on allocated schemes as directed by the contracts manager
·Ensuring sufficient and competent resource is in place for the delivery of the project and ensuring the project objectives are communicated to the site team
·Developing and maintaining a construction programme and ensuring works are communicated and delivered against milestones.
·Identifying, managing and controlling associated programme risks and communicating this as required
·Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships
