We are seeking an experienced Site Agent with previous Civil experience to work on a station refurbishment.
 
Rate: £300-325/day (Inside IR35)
Location: nr Glasgow
Duration: 12 months - up to 2 years worth of work
 
Requirements:
·Previous rail experience
·PTS, CSCS, SMSTS
·Has an industry recognised qualification such as a Degree, HND, NVQ or similar in a Civil Engineering/Building or related course.
·Flexible working
 
Responsibilities:
·Delivery of appropriate resourcing arrangements to meet the construction requirements of all projects and preparation of rosters.
·All safety inspection targets being met and any issues raised within the appropriate safety forum.
·Ensure non-conformances to statutory, client and company standards and procedures are minimised, and, where necessary raise formal non-compliance requirement.
·Efficient and timely management of resourcing issues to maximise utilisation.
·Maintenance of staff competence action plan.
·Accurate and timely recruitment and release of subcontract/agency resource to meet divisional needs.
·Partake in Design reviews and review all Civils designs for accuracy
·Attendance at meetings as required.
·Carry out other duties as required, to deliver the contract efficiently and successfully.
·Attend company briefs and cascade the information as required.
