Job Title: Highways Site Agent
 
Location: Guildford, UK
 
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum
 
My client are a market-leading multidisciplinary Tier 1 contractor providing services nationwide within sectors including highways. They're looking for an experienced Highways Site Agent to join the team based in the Guildford area. The right candidate must have worked on similar highways schemes and possess EUSR 1 and 2.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Highways Site Agent:
·Manage daily operations on-site, including health and safety and project progress
·Allocation of resources
·Manage subcontractors and suppliers
·Risk identification
·Communicate with relevant stakeholders, including clients and local authorities
·Promote HSE policies on site in line with company standards and legal regulations.
·Build rapport with teams and build a collaborative working environment.
 
Key Requirements of the Highways Site Agent:
·Experience working for a highways contractor at Site Agent level is essential.
·EUSR 1 and 2 mandatory.
·Strong communication and leadership skills.
·Demonstrable experience of delivering highways projects on time and within budget.
·Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications.
·Valid SMSTS and CSCS Cards.
·Full UK Driving License.
