Immediate requirement for a Senior Works Manager to join a major highways project in Devon on a 12 month contract.
 
As the Senior Works Manager you will be tasked with overseeing all site based activities, managing Foremen on site to complete the works schedule and planned out by Agents.
 
Duties will include
 
·managing a multiple on site disciplines
·working with the management team
·monitor health and safety
·report writing
 
This role will require technical knowledge, planning and previous highways and structures experience.

You will hold a background within National Highways projects, covering bridge, highways and earthworks from a Works Management or Construction Management point of view.
 
Experience with completing projects on site is a must here. SMSTS ticket is required.
 
There is an opportunity for further works/projects following on from this position.
