Senior Town Planner
Birmingham | £45,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
An established and highly respected national property consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to join its growing Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use development, within a collaborative and well-resourced planning team.
The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
·Manage and deliver planning applications and appeals from inception through to determination
·Provide planning advice to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
·Lead on projects and mentor junior members of the team
·Engage with local authorities and key consultees
·Contribute to business development and client relationship management
About You
·MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership with significant experience)
·Strong experience within consultancy or local authority planning
·Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships
·Commercially aware with excellent written and verbal communication skills
