Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Experience Level: 1.5-3 years post APC qualification
Position Overview: We are working with a well established private consultancy in Manchester who are seeking a motivated Senior Town Planner to join their team and assist across all projects ensuring the successful delivery of all planning services.
oCoordinate planning projects from inception to completion.
oEnsure timely project delivery.
2.Planning and Development:
oConduct research to support planning applications.
oPrepare and submit planning applications.
oMaintain positive client relationships.
oAttend client meetings as the primary planning contact.
4.Collaboration and Communication:
oWork with internal teams on planning integration.
oCommunicate planning concepts to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
·Chartered Member of RTPI.
·1.5-3 years post-APC qualification.
·Experience in managing planning applications and projects.
·Strong knowledge of planning legislation.
·Proficient in relevant software tools.
