Senior Town Planning Officer (Development Management)

Carrington West are assisting their client in their search for a senior town planner on a permanent basis.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing planning consultancy and the role is open to candidates from both the private and the public sector.
 
You will need:
·A minimum of 5 years' experience.
·Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
·Experience in dealing with applications independently in a planning consultancy environment.
·Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK.

You will be working in a collaborative manner with both colleagues and clients whilst having the chance to manage your own caseload, writing reports, strategy for planning applications and visiting clients.
 
Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is a must. Please note that applications won't be considered without the criteria being met.
