·Mentoring and supervising junior engineers and technicians, contributing to quality assurance reviews.
·Managing project costs, timelines, and sustainability objectives.
·Supporting business development through strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

·Minimum 6 years of experience in a UK-based structural consultancy.
·Strong experience-or a genuine interest-in structural surveying and report writing.
·Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
·Solid knowledge of structural behaviour and experience in all major structural materials.
·Chartered or working towards Chartership (IStructE or ICE).
·Previous team leadership or project management experience is desirable, including mentoring or supervising junior staff.
·Proficiency in structural analysis/design software and Microsoft Office.
·Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential for site visits).

What's On Offer:

·33 days holiday including bank holidays and Christmas closure
·Annual profit share bonus
·AXA private healthcare and stakeholder pension scheme
·Paid professional memberships and exam fees

·Flexible working hours in a friendly, collaborative team
·Free on-site parking and cycle-to-work scheme
