Senior Site Engineer - Motorway Civil Engineering (OUTSIDE IR35)

What we need:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead and oversee civil engineering projects on motorways, focusing on the construction of Emergency Refuse Areas (ERAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VRS, surfacing, kerbing, earthworks, drainage and structures.

What you will do:
·Lead and manage a team of site engineers to ensure project success.
·Oversee the implementation of VRS, surfacing, kerbing, and structures work.
·Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to meet objectives.
·Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

What you will need:
·Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
·Proven experience in motorway construction, with a focus on ERA development.
·Extensive knowledge of VRS, surfacing, kerbing, and structures work.
·Strong leadership and project management skills.
·Health and Safety certification.
