An immediate requirement has arisen for a Senior Site Engineer to join a highways improvement project based in Devon.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live highways scheme
·Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
·Provide support to and develop junior Engineers
·Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality standards
·Maintain site records, H&S compliance and progress reporting

Essential Experience:

·Proven background in earthworks, drainage, and highways construction
·Previous experience managing site activities on civil engineering or highways projects
·Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site safety standards
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
