Are you a Rail Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor with experience working on Network Rail and TFL frameworks?
 
Have you worked for a tier 1 contractor?
 
Location: London - multiple locations
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £5280 car allowance
 
My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor to their team who will be responsible for:
·Setting profitability targets with the team
·Develop procurement strategies
·Produce financial progress reports
·Procurement, negotiation and administration of subcontracts
·Liaising with clients
·Produce CVC's, cashflow, end of day forecasts etc
·Participation of regular risk reviews and problem solving
·Training, teaching and mentoring of other members of staff

Requirements:
·Experience in successfully managing and delivering against deadlines
·Experience and knowledge of the construction industry
·Experience working with NEC contracts
·Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or similar
·Minimum 7 year's experience in commercial roles
·Preferred to have achieved/be working towards charter ship
