Carrington West is partnering with a tier-one contractor on HS2, who are expanding their project delivery team due to increased workload. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure project and make a real impact.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full ownership of subcontract packages, including:

• Assessing applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts
• Managing change control and commercial risk
• Working closely with site teams, project managers, and the client
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor or subcontractor
• Proven experience on heavy civils projects in rail, highways, water, or energy sectors
• Strong subcontractor and supply chain management experience
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial procedures
