Are you an experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor?

I have an excellent role based in my client's Land and Property team, specifically in the client based team which is made up of a smaller team of 5-6 professionals for the property management surveyors. This role will be reporting to the head of this team and line managing 3 people.
This roles manages properties/assets from acquisition to the end of the holding cycle including but not limited to: acquisition, refurbishment, letting activities, advising, review and renewals
This will be commercial, residential, and agricultural properties.

Salary: £48,900 to £61,140 per year with up to 12% matched pension contribution.
Where: Birmingham, 5 days in the office per 2 weeks.

Required:

• A relevant qualification in Surveying or another property related discipline
• An understanding of the compulsory purchase process or other government compensation schemes (training will be provided).
• Experience of working in the property business.
• Asset/property management experience.
• Must have experience in residential, commercial, or agricultural properties. Commercial preferred.
• Ability to manage communications and negotiations in a tactful way.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Client side experience.
• MRICS.
