Job description
My client are looking for a passionate and focused Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their award-winning team in Winchester. This opportunity will suit an experienced individual who is looking to progress their career, and who has a desire and ability to help to further grow the business whilst working in a supportive team within the Winchester office. The role also involves wider co-ordination and collaboration with the nationwide Project Management and other disciplines. Experience in the prime residential sector and/or regeneration projects would be an advantage.

Roles and responsibilities:
·Autonomy for project delivery of all project stages, supported by a multi discipline business
·Developing and building high performing teams
·Developing and managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
·Identifying strategies and solutions that deliver successful outcomes for our projects and clients
·Identifying opportunities to innovate our services, through technology or processes
·Raising the company profile and brand within the construction industry and region through service excellence and networking
·Providing quality deliverables either personally or through team management
·Demonstrating leadership qualities to colleagues, clients and delivery partners
Experiences/skills:
·An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience

·Ideally chartered, progressing to, or considering chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB,
·Significant experience in a construction, design and build project management role
·Significant construction consultancy project management experience or experience of working with construction consultants
·The ability to lead projects and teams, and to develop long-lasting client relationships, with autonomy
·The ability to set up and drive new projects from inception, including the early stages strategising and team building, to on site delivery, completion and handover
·Exceptional communication and reporting, incorporating the use of MS Office, MS Project and/or alternative scheduling software
