We are recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer for our Local Authority client based in Derbyshire.
 
In this role, the post-holder will be responsible for dealing a range of applications from Minors to the smaller scale major developments.
 
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience working within a Local Authority Planning Department and the ability to process planning more complicated planning applications with limited supervision.
 
The hiring manager is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
