Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for an experienced Town Planning Officer on an initial 6-month contract with a view to extend.
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Senior Planning Officer.
 
This will be a mixture of old and new cases that the council has.
 
This would be ideal for candidates that want to work in a busy authority whilst having the ability to manage their own caseload.
 
The authority are offering a flexible working arrangement. Office presence will be needed every 2 to 3 weeks but may have even more flexibility on this down the line.
 
Development Management experience in a local authority of more than 2 years is a must and have experience working on major applications

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £45p/h depending on experience.
