Do you have experience dealing with Larger Planning Applications?
 
The local authority based in London is looking to bring in an experienced Planner that can hit the ground running.
You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team to continue the high level of service that the local authority operate to currently.
 
To be successful in this position you MUST HAVE:
·Access to your own vehicle or a valid UK driving license (for travel to and from the office and for site visits)
·Recent experience dealing with complex minor planning applications and small major planning applications within a LPA.  
On offer is an hourly rate upto £40/h depending on experience.For a duration of 3 months with the possibility of extension. This role has been deemed inside IR35.
 
We are looking for someone who is available to start fairly quickly.
