This South East Local Planning Authority are currently looking for an experienced Planner for a 6 month initial contract on a Part Time basis.
 
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate effective case work management skills to expediently assess and determine a caseload of larger planning applications to advise more junior members of the team.
 
Knowledge of current planning policy/legislation, excellent communication and organisational skills, a track record of managing a varied planning caseload.
 
A full, clean driving licence and access to a motor vehicle are all essential.
 
The client is happy to pay upto £43/h (Umbrella rate) for the right candidate, with the IR35 status determined as inside.
