This Local Planning Authority is Surrey is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join their Development Management Team for an initial 3 months.
 
The successful applicant will have experience of dealing with a mixed case load of planning applications including small scale major planning applications within a LPA. You will be expected to have a caseload of between 30-40 applications and you will be expected to turn applications around in a timely and professional manner.
 
You will also hold a Full UK driving License in order to conduct site visits.
 
This is a full time post 5 days per week working from home. However you may be expected to attend occasional meetings and conduct site visits where necessary.
 
This role as mentioned is initially for a 3 month period, with salary negotiable depending on experience.
