Job Role - Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location - Bristol
This role will be perfect for a well experienced and knowledgeable Senior mechanical engineer who has vast time spent in the highly regulated fields and sectors associated.
 
The role:
Delivering engineering and technical processes, managing the day ton day requirements of these activities. Working on a multitude of small projects, you will be involved int he cutting-edge design and implementation of the designs.
 
Key Competencies/Experiences:
Review, Produce and approve calculations, analyses, drawings, models, design basis documentation and technical reports as assigned.
Assist with the clients requirements and needs
Contribute to safety regulations and safe design processes
Assess all changes and implications of changes and concession queries
Ensure all the design intent and integrity is maintained throughout the design lifecycle
Ensure all technical issues are evaluated and communicated to the wider team to ensure problems can be solved accordingly.
Provide any required support to the PM and Planning control team
Ensure the health and safety is followed at all times
Experience in managing the engineering scope for projects from conceptual design to full engineering.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering, or equivalent experience.in relevant engineering discipline (demonstrable experience)
Chartered (Desired)
Vast knowledge in nuclear/defence projects
Security Clearance
