Job description
One of London's leading AJ100 Practices who have a strong pipeline of high-profile projects in London looking for a talented Senior Interior Designers to join their highly successful practice in central London.
Working across predominantly commercial workplace and the chance for hotels, retail and residential, you will get a broad range of project experience working with a variety of clients across the globe from large brand names to smaller start ups. As a Senior Interior Designer at this practice you will play a vital role in leading high-profile project teams with the assistance of Associates and Directors. Although a large practice you will be working in teams of 10-15 per project, giving it a family feel day-to-day.
You will get the chance to see projects from initial concept all the way through to completion with the expectation to lead by example for less experienced staff.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept designs, to pitch for projects, competitions and potential clients
- Meeting with consultant teams to assist with design coordination
- Meeting & liaising with clients to assess and advise on project costs & technical specifications.
- Preparation of technical and 3D drawings; computer visualisation and CAD layout drawings; and preparation boards
- Managing client expectations and presenting the projects
- Running projects and managing junior interior designers throughout all stages of a project from concept to completion.
- Cost management and budget planning
- Preparation of presentations boards.
- Selection of finishes and materials and FF&E

Must have:
Experience using Revit software
Commercial workplace experience and a passion for workplace design
