My client is market leading civils contractor with a fantastic reputation within the railway industry. Due to continued growth and success with multiple tenders, they are looking for a driven Senior Engineer to work with them in their Peterborough office.
 
 
Location: Peterborough
 
Salary: £47,000 - £57,000

·Hybrid working, travel to work 3 days a week to Peterborough office
·Overtime (1.2 on weekdays, 1.5 on weekends, double on bank holidays

Requirements:
 
·Pway experience
·Track Renewals experience
·Excellent man management skills
·Experience managing a team of Engineers
·Experience working as a Site Engineer
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Handling and managing the client side and Stakeholders
·Training and developing the team
·Getting involved in the interview processes
·Managing a team of 5 - 25 engineers
·Ensuring the CRSA standards are met
