My client in Essex is seeking experienced DM Planning Officer to join them in their DM Team for initial 3-6 month contracts.
 
The council office is located fairly close to London with good transport links.
·        37 hours per week
·        Mainly working remotely but will need to do site visits every two/three weeks
·        Hourly rate - approx. £43-46 per hour but not set in stone
·        There will be older applications and newer applications
 
Currently waiting to be reallocated to the successful contractor:
1 x major - 30 dwellings
19 x non major - (1/2/3 houses plus householder etc)
15 x everything else - discharge of conditions / nonmaterial amendments / pre-apps / listed building applications.
