My client in Lincolnshire is seeking an experienced Development Management specialist to join them in their development team for a 3 month contract. In this role you will carry a caseload of variety of applications, including small scale majors, minors and householders.  
 
They are ideally seeking a contractor on a full time basis for 37 hours per week, who can hit the ground running.
 
The role allows for hybrid working with 1 day in the office/ conducting site visits as a minimum, with ability to work/ drive to the council office.
 
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have had previous experience working within Local Authority Planning Development Teams, working a variety of caseloads.
 
Carrington West Pay Rate - £40 per hour +
