£68,000 to 76,000 per year

If you are a Senior Development Manager with experience managing large scale housing regeneration schemes in a local authority setting this role could be for you!
 
This Local Authority client has a large and diverse portfolio of Capital Projects and needs high calibre project and programme management to help shape and deliver plans to deliver key projects to support the Borough's Growth Strategy. The Hendon Hub scheme has a c.£100m construction value, with a GDV of over £250m GDV. The scheme based is in and around The Burroughs in Hendon NW4;
You will have overall responsibility for leading the delivery of the Hendon Hub scheme on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet including the following:
·leading the project team to ensure that the project is managed in accordance with the council's project management toolkit and that all delivery risk is managed and mitigated as far as possible.
·Ensuring full compliance with the relevant parts of the council's constitution regarding procurement, land and property transactions, and decision making.
·You will be responsible for manoeuvring the project through local government governance and political approval processes.
 
In order to secure this position you must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
·Experience managing a large scale housing scheme on behalf of a Local Authority
·Previously have worked as a Senior Development Manager
·Understand local government governance and political approval process.
·Hold a relevant qualification in property development & regeneration

·£68,522 - £76,420 per annum
