Carrington West are assisting their local authority client in their search for a Principal Planning Officer on an initial 6-12 month contract.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Development Management Team in the role of Senior Planner. You will be tasked with working on your own caseload of applications up to 20 units..
This would be ideal for candidates that want to have a great deal of independence whilst working on their work. The authority are offering a completely flexible working arrangement and a fantastic contract length.

If you are currently permanent and are keen to going contracting this would be ideal.
On offer is an hourly rate of up to £38p/h depending on experience.
