·To lead on all aspects of the council's housing acquisitions and disposal programmes with specific reference to our statutory obligation to provide Temporary Accommodation.
·This is a senior role within the team managing direct reports, matrix managing technical consultants, internal and external stakeholders. It is high profile and will with politically sensitive matters.
·The person will report into the Head of Team.
· The ideal candidate will be experienced in the London property market and driving forward property transactions to completion efficiently and within define time frames. They will understand valuations, property negotiations, legal context and a track record of delivery.
