What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Architect, you'll take a leading role in guiding complex projects through all stages of design and delivery.
You will:
·Lead design proposals and manage project teams to ensure quality and innovation.
·Work on major projects valued between £10m and £200m.
·Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve design excellence.
·Deliver key stages, particularly RIBA Stages 3 & 4, with precision and creativity.
·Use your leadership as a Senior Architect to inspire collaboration and uphold design integrity throughout every phase.

·Advanced technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, materials, and detailing.
·Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Location, Salary & Flexibility

·Salary: £45,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
