We're seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead on a major highways project in London. The role involves managing site activities from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee SHEQ compliance across site operations.
·Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resources.
·Support planning, reporting, and cost control.
·Liaise with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.
·Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

Requirements:

·10+ years' highways experience in a London environment.
·SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
·Strong knowledge of TMAN, PAA, and PA processes.
·Full UK manual driving licence.
·Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
