My client has multiple vacancies for Scheduler to join their team based in Exeter for a 12 month period.
 
In this role you will be responsible for the scheduling of engineers to attend emergency call outs. Liaising with internal contacts and external stakeholders. Manage, document and record all scheduled events.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·Planning and prioritising clean water scheme work including scheduling of construction activities and tasks and maintaining a programme of work.
 
 
·Dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 
·Saving and keeping records, providing support to the Lead Planning Coordinator and the wider team when work requires.
 
 
·Raising work orders as required.
 
 
Suitable candidates will be available to start ASAP and have some scheduling or coordination experience as well as be comfortable working the above shifts.
 
Please note that candidates who come from an office background or have transferable skills but no prior scheduling experience would be suitable as training is available.
