Sales Executive
£25k - £32k + £15k OTE
 
I'm currently recruiting for a sales executive to join an engineering consultancy in London.  They have requirement to generate more leads from existing on/offline sales campaigns / channels.  This new role would be responsible for generating valuable leads for Strategic Account Directors (experts) to follow up on and present high value solutions to clients.
Full training will be provided in relation to the industry, including product range and services that offered.  The role has a defined commission scheme, and the successful applicant therefore has greater earning potential. This is an ideal position for someone looking to further their career within a sales environment, as part of a large organisation there is also further opportunity to develop within the wider group.
 
The role
·Carrying out detailed research identifying new clients within existing markets including the identification of key market contacts.
·Consultative approach to contacting new, prospective clients.
·Creating and identifying opportunities for new customers.
·Ability to listen to customer requirements and present recommendations appropriately and/or secure a meeting for a Strategic Account Director.
·Delivery of KPI and targets to include volume and profit.
·Using social media, events and exhibitions to generate opportunities.
·Cleansing of data on the company's CRM database.
·Patience and attentive to customer satisfaction and need.
·Pro-active process management, ensuring that customers never have to chase for a response to their query.
