Do you want to work for a highly motivated local authority planning team who consistently delivers a high level of service?
 
My client is requiring an experienced planning obligations officer to join the planning department on an initial 6-month contract.
 
As part of the newly formed planning obligations team, you will be mainly responsible for the Section 106 agreements, ensuring compliance with the regulations.
 
Previous planning, local authority and S.106 experience is desirable.
 
You will have a high level of computer literacy, in particular being able to use Excel to manipulate and interpret financial information, and the ability to communicate effectively with members of the public and colleagues.
 
Carrington West are willing to offer £22.57 per hour for this position.
