Job Role - Rigger

Contract Length - 6 months

Location - Hinkley Point C

Pay Rates - Standard Site Rates

I am looking to speak with candidates that have relevant experience as a rigger on a heavily regulated site.

Nuclear is not essential but understanding the further site safety is a must.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirement:

• Moving engineering Construction loads
• Engineering construction lifting, positioning, and installing structures, plant and equipment
• ECITB diploma in moving engineering construction loads at SCQF level 6
• ECITB Skills test alternative/skills test number: TML03
• ACE Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Aligning, levelling and anchoring machinery
• Attaching loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving with the use of hand and power tools
• Ensuring that rigging equipment is dismantled and properly stored after use
• Carrying out tests on rigging equipment occasionally to ensure safety and reliability
