My client is currently recruiting for a technician in their Remote Bureau and Platform Operations team. You will be providing remote technical assistance and carrying out Building Management System reviews to their customer and clients.
 
Responsibilities will be as follows:
 
·You will be providing customer support, ensuring all information is captured and making sure services are set up correctly.
·Reviewing of the building management system operation, ensuring time settings and set points are accurate, checking control performance and alarm pattern analysis
·You will also be tasked with carrying out checks on HVAC plant
 
Requirements:
 
·Previous experience in working in a Remote Bureau working with BMS systems. Previous experience working with BMS will be considered
·Strong use of MS applications
·Ability to learn and develop new skills
·Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
·Be able to manage work and time independently and within a team
·Strong communications skills, engagement and reporting skills.
