The Role
·Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create detailed reinforcement drawings for concrete structures.
·Perform calculations to determine the appropriate size and spacing of reinforcement bars.
·Generate accurate lists and schedules of materials required for construction.
·Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to address design changes and ensure project timelines are met.
·Verify the accuracy and quality of your detailing work to maintain project integrity.
 
The Ideal Candidate
·Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience as an RC Detailer
·Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit but more specifically Tekla
·Strong understanding of reinforced concrete design principles and construction processes.
·Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Knowledge of construction codes and standards is a plus.
