Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor with experience working on heavy civils or tunneling projects?
 
Do you have 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor?
 
Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on HS2.
 
Your responsibilities as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
·Preparation or assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation.
·Cost control and forecasting.
·Preparation and agreement of applications for payment.
·Assisting with Risk and Value Management.
·Prepare supply chain enquiries, negotiate, administer and finalise/close out supply chain contracts.
 
Location: London + hybrid working
Salary: up to £55,000 + up to £6500 travel allowance

Requirements:
·RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent).
·Minimum 4 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the rail industry
·NEC contract experience
·Strong Microsoft Excel skills
