This is an amazing opportunity to work for an industry leading tier 1 contractor as a Quantity Surveyor, working on civils projects.
 
Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will include:
·Effectively managing a commercial team.
·Assisting with tenders.
·Providing valuations, cost forecasts and cash flows.
·Financial controls of variations to the contract.
·Liaising with clients, the Contracts Manager and Project manager.
·Attending site progress meetings.
 
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
Location: Kent

Requirements:
·Relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
·Experience in a Quantity Surveying role on rail civil projects
·Knowledge of Network Rail standards preferred
·Experience with compilation of CDM documentation preferred
