Residential Quantity Surveyor - Dorset
 
Do you have previous experience working on High End Residential projects?  
 
My client builds high quality bespoke homes in and around the Dorset area, sites are normally in the range of 10-20 homes with a real focus on quality over quantity, with 2 brand new developments starting over the next 6 months this is a great opportunity to work with a busy developer who have a full order book  
 
Duties include (but not limited to)
·Dealing with Payment applications
·Holding weekly and Monthly meetings
·Reporting Directly into the Director
·Issuing contracts and collateral warranties to contractors
·Dealing with contractor valuations
 
·Candidate Requirements
·Worked on high end residential projects
·Residential construction-based background essential
·Knowledge of Residential Housing Market
·Experience dealing with contractors
·Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
·
