Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Devon
Salary: £30k-£40k (depending on skillset experience) plus package
Essential Criteria: Full UK Drivers licence + previous experience of working as a QS ideally within Utilities or Civils environments.

Carrington West are delighted to present an exciting new role with our clients who are a leading Environmental and Drainage specialists covering the South West of England.
 
Due to continued growth and strong catalogue of work they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their established team and help manage work volumes.
 
The successful candidate will have a strong background within quantity surveying and have ideally worked for a number of years within Utilities or Civils environments. As a large part of their work is focused on rehabilitation and planned work within the Water sector, experience of having worked on a water framework previously would be advantageous. Work with NEC contracts would also be beneficial.
 
Whilst a previous background in a similar role would be advantageous, they are also happy to consider Graduate Quantity Surveyor's and those looking for a chance to break into the industry.
 
Based in the Devon area, this role would be suitable for someone based in the South West and within commutable distance of central Devon. It would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a background of 2/3 plus years who is keen to seek a new challenge and develop themselves within a forward-thinking firm.
 
In return, our client are offering a salary of circa £40k plus company vehicle or car allowance and benefits package. In addition there are likely to be opportunities for long-term development and progression within the role.
