Are you a Quality Assurance Coordinator with experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects?
 
Do you have experience writing and supporting project quality plans?
 
Location: London (Stratford and Waterloo) + hybrid working (2 days in office per week) with occasional travel to other offices
Salary: £33,000 - £42,000 + car allowance
 
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. However, with a consistently growing workload and long-term projects, there is a strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right person who demonstrates ownership and makes the position their own.
 
My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a Quality Assurance Coordinator to their team to work on a number of station upgrade and electrification projects in London and the North West & Central regions. You will be supporting the Framework Engineering Lead and project teams across multiple frameworks, you'll coordinate project documents and ensure a seamless transition from design to construction.
 
This role is ideal for someone who is not only technically proficient but also a natural coach, capable of mentoring teams and confidently guiding project managers to achieve the highest standards.

Requirements:
·4-8 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
·A strong background in project delivery within civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure.
·Proven experience in creating and providing support for Project Quality Plans.
·Ability to manage documentation, analyse data, and support audits.
·Familiarity with frameworks such as PQP, ITP, and QC Sheets is desirable.
·Experience of multiple document systems including procore, projectwise, and assetwise
·Strong understanding of quality management systems and compliance processes.
·Awareness of, or progress towards, a Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) qualification is desirable but not essential.
