Job Title: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Gatwick
Job Type: Contract with Hybrid Working (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Role Overview:

We are pleased to partner with our esteemed client in search of a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team based at Gatwick. This role offers the opportunity to work on aviation works within a maintenance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage the quantity surveying aspects of aviation works at Gatwick, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
·Work on bespoke contracts, including NEC contract management, change management, and CVR processes.
·Provide detailed cost estimates, valuations, and reports to assist in decision-making.
·Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal Candidate:

·Strong experience in NEC contracts, change management, and CVRs.
·A civils background is preferred, with experience in highways or rail being a strong bonus.
·Good attitude and professionalism are highly valued, alongside relevant experience.
