Role: Project Manager
Location: Maidstone, Kent (hybrid working available)
Salary: Up to £65,000 p/a depending on experience

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Project Engineer?


Are you looking for a new challenge in the water sector?


My client, a leading environmental services company attached to multiple frameworks in the South East, is looking for a Project Engineer with M&E or civils site experience to work across multiple wastewater projects.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved in the design, planning, reporting, delivery and review of Engineering Solutions. Projects will be varied and will be predominately based in the South East.


Your role will involve:
 
·Project program compliance and updating (with planners).
·Business development and client liaising.
·Monitoring and periodic review of project commercial performance (with commercial colleagues).
·Tasking, productivity, and standards compliance.
·Project risk and change identification/reporting.
·Project design liaison, review, and updating (with designers).
·Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.
·Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
·Management and monitoring of approved specialist sub-contractors and wider supply chain partners.
·Coordination and liaison with key project stakeholders (internal & external).
·Management of operational assets prior to client hand-over Candidate Description.
 
Required Skills:


·Site or Project Management experience in a construction environment.
·Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering degree, but other qualifications will be considered for the role including HND/HNC level and significant relevant experience
·Good commercial awareness.
·Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications is essential.
·Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, whilst maintaining output and timescale requirements.
·Hold a valid full UK driving license.
·Eligible to work in the UK.
