My client is a market-leading, tier one contractor within the railway industry who due to a fantastic workbook, are recruiting a Project Manager to lead the delivery of minor civils schemes within rail across South West.

This role would suit a knowledgeable Project Manager who has a background in delivering civils-associated railway schemes including structures, AFA and station refurbishments

Location: Waterloo
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 P/A + £5880 car allowance

Requirements:

• ·Proven Project Management experience delivering minor civils schemes
• ·Excellent understanding of Network Rail standards and contracts NEC 3/4 and JCT
• ·Valid PTS, SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS card
• ·UK driving license
