Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum DOE + £7500 car allowance or company car + bonus scheme
Hours: minimum 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Due to growth, my client is looking to add a Project manager to their team. Your duties as a Project Manager will include:
·Lead and manage various discipline teams throughout the project, fostering a collaborative  approach.
·Ensure the safe and environmentally responsible delivery of key project elements, meeting time, cost, and quality objectives.
·Establish and agree on project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery.
·Develop a comprehensive plan outlining the approach for achieving each phase of the project.
·Select, organise, and lead a project team to ensure effective project execution.
·Manage and direct a cross-functional Construction and Rail team.
·Oversee the progress of multiple sections of the project concurrently.
·Ensure each project stage is completed on schedule, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
·Provide regular updates to the Project Director and stakeholders on project progress.
·Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly to maintain project momentum.
 
Requirements:
·MinimumRoughly 5 years experience as a Project ManageQuantity Surveyor, working on urban realm or intercity transportation civil engineering/infrastructure projects for a contractor, ideally within the rail industry on major projects
·Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
·Recognised Project Management qualification
·Membership (or working towards membership) of the Association for Project Management or other professional body preferred
·Chartered by the RICS/CIOB (preferred)
·Knowledge of project delivery in a civils environment, ideally embedded rail, groundworks, drainage, utilities, or highways
·Experience of managing multi-disciplinary project teams
·Change management, P6 experience, client-side experience and interface management beneficial
·Experience of delivering within an effective safety culture in a high risk environment
Qualifications
·Relevant Degree
·Recognised Project Management qualification.
·Membership (or working towards membership) of the Association for Project Management or other professional body
