Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience in the refurbishment & MOD work looking for a long term contract?

Who will you be joining?
 
 
 
You will be joining a market leader in Facilities Management with a wealth of experience and clients across multiple sectors as part of a team that are focusing on MOD contracts overseeing multiple programmes of work currently ongoing in the East of England
 
 
 

 
What will you do?
 
Within this role you will have a versatile list of responsibilities which includes the following:
 
 
 
- Liaison with clients, design teams and other professionals involved in the project to  ensure all works are seamlessly integrated
 
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality
 
- Responsibility for multiple refurbishment projects of varied works
 
- Financial and Budget control
 
- Management of personnel, sub-contractors, and suppliers
 
- Developing and maintaining the overall project programme
 
- Project reporting
 
 
 

 
What do you need?
 
To be successful in your application for this role you will need to demonstrate the following on application and through the interview process:
 

 
- Knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans
 
- Excellent skills in communication & presentation
 
- Previous experience with MOD clients
 
- Accountable for all project documentation and the project lifecycle, reporting progress against milestones, changes and budgets
 
- MEP & HVAC experience  
 
       Government environment however this is not essential
 
- Running large- and small-scale projects
 
- Have the ability and understanding to read technical drawings and implement requirements
 
- CSCS Management card Holder  
 
 
 
 
 

 
How will you benefit?
 

 
The rate for this vacancy £300 per day and will be operating inside of IR35. This is a full-time vacancy with 6 months' work guaranteed and the possibility of extension with further schemes of work.
