This is a great opportunity for a project manager with a construction background to join a fast paced challenging environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver construction projects from the position of project manager
• Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost, and quality.
• Act appropriately as a project manage and liaise with staff and the SLT
• Manage projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
• Manage work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
• Lead, support, and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
• Lead, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.

Key Qualifications:

• APM/Prince 2 and time spent as a Project manager
• Live clearances
• Background in large construction
