Job Title: Highways Structures Project Manager
 
Salary: The salary for this position is between £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Company Overview: We are a leading engineering and construction company, specializing in the development and maintenance of highways infrastructure. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Highways Structures Project Manager to join our team and manage multiple projects across the UK.
 
Job Summary: As the Highways Structures Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple highways structures projects. You will manage the projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Manage multiple highways structures projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and project teams to establish project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Lead project teams and provide direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and present to senior management.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing highways structures projects.
Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software and scheduling tools.
